Store Policy
Orders
Orders received after 4:00 pm EST will be processed the next business day. Please allow up to 48 hours to process and ship your order pending payment approval. When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail update with a tracking number for your package. From time to time, due to popularity or demand for an item, we do sell out and in these instances, you will be notified via e-mail and your account adjusted accordingly. If you have a special promotion code or a store credit code, please enter this code into the promotional code box during checkout. We are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. If you wish to purchase additional items, you must place an additional order.
Sales Tax
We charge a sales tax of 7.8% to all orders shipped to an Ohio address. We do not charge sales tax on orders being shipped to all other locations.

Privacy Policy
We respect your right to privacy. We do not share or sell your personal information with any outside companies or third parties. When you make a purchase from our online store, the personal information you provide while creating or updating an account and at checkout, including name, billing address, telephone, e-mail address, ship-to address, and credit card information, is maintained on our secure server in our private files. You may sign up for our e-mail newsletter list which provides you advance notice of sales, special promotions, new merchandise, events, and thewardrobecincinnati.com updates. These addresses are used internally and kept confidential unless required by law to disclose. You may opt out of this list at any time from the thewardrobecincinnati website or any e-newsletter we send you.
Returns Policy
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we will gladly return or exchange any NONSALE items excluding lingerie, accessories, handbags, and jewelry items within 10 days of receipt of order for a store credit. To return your goods, please e-mail us within 5 days of receipt of order to lesley@thewardrobecincinnati.com with your reason for return and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be written on your return invoice in order to be credited properly. All properly returned products will be credited as a store credit excluding shipping costs.
When you receive your order, please check the item(s) for accuracy and fit. All returns must be in new condition and must have all original tags attached and be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. New and unworn means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. Shoes must be returned in their undamaged, original box. Any damage to the original packaging may result in a 10% restocking fee to be deducted from return total.
We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. thewardrobecincinnati.com reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return specifications. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser with return shipping charges billed to the purchaser.
All sale items, lingerie, handbags, jewelry and accessories sales are FINAL SALE. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding. If merchandise is received damaged, you must let us know via email within 48 hours of receipt of order by writing: lesley@thewardrobecincinnati.com.
Exchanges will ship free of charge provided the exchange item(s) is in stock. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your request to exchange your item(s) and its availability within 48 hours after receipt of your return.
Return shipments must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of order. Return shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please insure your package properly.
