Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we will gladly return or exchange any NONSALE items excluding lingerie, accessories, handbags, and jewelry items within 10 days of receipt of order for a store credit.
All returns must be in new condition and must have all original tags attached and be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. New and unworn means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. Shoes must be returned in their undamaged, original box. Any damage to the original packaging may result in a 10% restocking fee to be deducted from return total.
We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. thewardrobecincinnati.com reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return specifications.
